The Inkey list Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum Acid review

I love The Inkey List brand. I relate to their idea of teaching people about skincare and the importance of a skin care routine. They offer affordable products, making it a win-win situation. Even if a product doesn’t work out for my skin I won’t feel bad for spending a lot of $$!

My Skin: dry- normal

The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum costs 9 USD or 10.39 CAD ,It is advertised as a serum with a two-percent Hyaluronic Acid. This helps to hydrate and plump the skin deeply.

Packaging: minimal plastic container in the brand’s notable high contrast variety range. You get 30 ml/1 oz of the genuine item. This is less than the usual amount you get from a container of serum. Additionally, the cost is much more budget-friendly compared to what is available on the market.

Formula/ Key ingredients : the brand put an emphasis on the 2% Multi Molecular Hyaluronic Acid as well as Matrixyl 3000 . Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum is water-based and has Glycerin. You likewise get a Radish Root Concentrate, which is known as a hydrating, probiotic additive specialist. Molecular weight of Hyaluronic acid plays a role in deeper skin penetration and hydration.

Cruelty free 🐇

I absolutely love the Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum for its texture. Unlike other serums I’ve tried, it has a watery consistency that glides effortlessly on the skin and feels weightless. Most serums in this category tend to leave a tacky finish, but that’s not the case with The Inkey list. This formula is particularly compatible with layering other products.

One of the standout features is its fragrance-free formulation, which is a bonus for those who prefer unscented products.

In terms of application, this is where the serum truly shines. The Inkey List recommends applying it on damp skin after toning and immediately sealing it in with another occlusive layer like serums or creams, Learning to layer the serum in this way has made a significant difference in my experience gives me the maximum benefits of hyaluronic acid( below image from the inkey list shows how to layer products). Previously, I would sometimes experience dryness, but now my skin feels hydrated and nourished.

Ideally, this serum should be used twice a day.During Winter months I end up using thrice a day! I find that a pea-sized amount is more than sufficient for each use. As someone with dry skin, I’ve noticed remarkable improvements since adding this serum into my routine.

My skin looks dewy, feels hydrated, and appears calm. When paired with the right product layering, it effectively maintains hydration throughout the day. My skin is not dehydrated at the end of the day.

Long-term use has shown minimal signs of dryness or dehydration, and my skin looks nourished. Additionally, I’ve noticed a reduction in breakouts since I started using this serum consistently.

I believe the Hyaluronic Acid Serum is suitable for all skin types, but it is particularly beneficial for people with dry and dehydrated skin.

In conclusion, this serum delivers on its promises, and when used correctly, the results are noticeable immediately. I made the mistake of not layering my hyaluronic acid properly in the past, as many others do. It’s not about using more product for hydration; it’s about smart product layering for better results.

With that said, I have repurchased multiple bottles of this serum and don’t foresee replacing it anytime soon. I confidently give it a thumbs up 👍.
